What warranty do you provide?

A 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of dispatch, when the engine is operated at its rated duty.

How do I become a dealer?

What is the lead time to South Africa?

Typical production lead time is 2 to 4 weeks plus around 25 days transit by sea to Durban. We share an exact schedule with every confirmed order.

What payment terms do you accept?

Advance TT (wire transfer) and irrevocable LC at sight for first-time orders. Repeat dealers may qualify for partial credit terms after a track record is established.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ varies by model — typically 5 units for engines, 4 units for pump sets, and 25 units for high-volume spare parts.

Do your alternators work on the South African grid?

Yes. Our standard brushless alternators are rated 50 Hz / 230 V, which matches the South African and Indian grids. We can also build 60 Hz units on request.

Are spare parts available long-term?

Yes. We guarantee genuine spare-parts availability for the full operational life of every Kasturi engine — typically several decades.

Can you supply custom-spec alternators?
